Our mission at Amaryllis is to create a relaxing and rejuvenating sound experience which we confidently and passionately share with all who are open to receive.You are invited to be one of these people.

Then let us introduce you to our signature Amaryllis Alchemy Crystal Sound Experience.

Our trained practitioner will bring you to a place of deep relaxation with guided breathing and visualizations. No prior meditation experience is necessary. 

And then the sound of our angelic crystal bowl choir begins...

The frequencies of the alchemy crystal bowls penetrate every cell of your body, enveloping you in their powerful, soothing tones. This allows you to relax your body and your busy mind for the next 50 minutes.

When: Choose your preferred Friday to join us
Start time: 7:30 pm (doors open at 7:00) Please arrive by 7:15 pm 
Where: 216 1st Street West, Cochrane, Alberta 

Instructions: Arrive early with your water bottle, pillow, eye mask, a cozy blanket, and wear warm, comfortable clothing.

Thick mats are provided for you to lie down, as well as bolsters if required.
Upright seating can also be arranged if you prefer.

We request you to refrain from consuming alcohol or other substances prior to the session.

For the comfort of other guests, please refrain from wearing perfumes or scented lotions.
